1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bd365 through any device or browser, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Rules

3.1 Registration

3.2 One Account Per Person

Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing until compliance is achieved.

3.5 Account Currency

All bd365 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No other currency is available. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer are credited in BDT at the amount received with no currency conversion applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bd365 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bd365 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 20 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 24 hours for bank transfer requests. These are target timeframes and may be subject to delays due to KYC requirements, fraud screening, or third-party payment provider delays beyond bd365's control.

There are no withdrawal fees charged by bd365. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bd365's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed within your account settings and may be updated periodically. bd365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may result in additional documentation being requested before funds are released.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

bd365 accounts are not interest-bearing. Player funds held on deposit are not invested by bd365 and do not generate any return. Players should not treat their bd365 account as a savings or investment vehicle. bd365 encourages all players to set deposit limits through account settings to manage their gaming expenditure responsibly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

bd365 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

By opting in to any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read and agree to the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

bd365 prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, using automated software or bots to place bonus bets, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bd365 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all bonus funds and any related winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

bd365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to a player account before the change took effect, provided those bonuses were obtained in good faith and in compliance with the original terms.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are applied to bonus funds, or to the combined sum of deposit and bonus funds, as specified per offer. 6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets placed after the official start of an event — where pre-match markets have closed — will be void unless they have been accepted into a live in-play market.

6.3 Cancelled and Void Bets

bd365 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed using erroneous odds caused by a technical error; (b) the bet was accepted after an event's outcome was already known; (c) the bet was placed on a market that was opened in error; or (d) bd365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the outcome was manipulated or that the player had access to inside information. In all cases of void bets, stakes are returned to the player's account in full.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or game freeze — bd365 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome using transaction logs and game server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, any stakes involved in the interrupted round will be returned to the player's account. bd365 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and by market and are displayed within the game interface or betting market before a bet is confirmed. bd365 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where betting patterns are deemed unusual or where risk management procedures require it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd365 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Money Laundering: Using the bd365 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity. bd365 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker-format games or sharing information in live dealer environments.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics without human interaction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable in normal play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider while maintaining an active bd365 balance. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Underage Play: Registering or playing while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 21.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the bd365 platform without prior written permission from bd365.

10.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. bd365 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of using the platform. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions and for managing your budget in a responsible manner. bd365 provides tools to help you do this; using them is your responsibility.

10.4 Force Majeure

bd365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government actions, or third-party payment provider failures.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by bd365

bd365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bd365 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) continued operation of your account poses a risk to bd365, other players, or third parties; or (d) you have registered despite being an excluded person as defined in Section 2.3.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, bd365 will return any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) to the payment method associated with the account, following completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your bd365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing, please ensure that: (a) all active bets have been settled; (b) you have requested withdrawal of any remaining balance; and (c) any pending KYC requirements have been fulfilled to allow the final withdrawal to be processed.

If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion request, please use the self-exclusion tools in your account settings or contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of receipt.

12. Amendments to These Terms
